This shiur discusses the interesting connection between the different events and mitzvot discussed in Parshat Shelach, pointing out that each seems to correspond to a mitzvah defined by chazal as "equal to all other mitzvot". This concept is elaborated upon and several suggestions are presented as to how to understand this enigmatic idea of "Shekulah Knegged Kol Hamitzvot"
