Chazal tell us that Esther is hinted to in the Torah in the words "haster astir," that Hashem will doubly hide His face at the End of Days. The concept of doubling, both in language and in concepts, exists throughout the Purim story. We explore the depth of the double hiding of God as being both on a physical and spiritual level and how Esther teaches paves the way to overcome this overwhelming darkness.
