Description

At the deepest part of ourselves, we are aware of Hashem's existence and our specific mission in this lifetime. The techeiles (sky-blue wool) represents a person's kingship, which is why Korach brought a tallis made completely from it. Techeiles is tachlis (purpose). David HaMelech worked very hard to find the location for the Mikdash, but eventually a malach (angel) had to tell him. According the Arizal, Korach had a real understanding of the deeper aspect of people and wanted to cut straight to that essence, that people should feel it all of the time. A niggun has the power to open the heart. Zevulun travels around the world gathering up geirim (converts) through his hard and persistent work. Korach will be redeemed when Moshiach comes.
