Description

Intellectual enquiry alone cannot grasp the Divine. Only by serving Hashem can we merit to know something about Him. The entire purpose of learning is to come to know that Hashem is hidden in every word of Torah. Chassidic definition of learning Torah lishmo (for its own sake) is to learn in order to become attached to Hashem. How can we reveal the supernal light that enters our soul? The light disappears from us when we get involved in gashmius (physicality). Tzadikim (righteous people) can see spirits. The biological life force of a Jew always remains holy. No part of a Jew can be considered intrinsically non-Jewish.
