The purpose of this essay is to expose the reader to various types of nezikin claims which can be submitted to beit din on behalf of an agunah. The presentation embraces a discussion of the merits of advancing such claims and procedural guidelines for submitting such claims to a beit din. Additionally, even if a Posek argues that this proposal will generate a get meuseh situation, nonetheless, we argue that should a get be executed, the get ought to be valid bedi'avad, ex post facto.
