Minyan Hamitzvos, is there a mitzvas aseh of shvisah, is it only a derivative of the lav, or is the lav a derivative of the aseh. Does the aseh extend to the melachos? Different model of shvus deoraisa (Maharatz Chiyos, Ritva, Ramban, Rambam); Relationship between the lav and aseh, are women exempt from the aseh of shabbos. Does the Aseh take on characteristics of the lav with respect to Chumras ha'aveirah, chiyuv kareis, and mumar lechol hatorah?
