We will study the Rambam Hilchot Teshuva regarding the relationship between Mitzvot Bein Adam LeChavero & Teshuva/Mechila & Yom HaKippurim. We will analyze the examples the Rambam brings for the categories of mitzvot. And examples that the Rambam does not give, like Kibbud Av VaEm. The concept of ריצוי becomes crucial, and, of course, בקשת מחילה. Is the latter an integral part of the Teshuva process, or is it merely a means to an end? What if the offended party were to offer Mechila without the request of the offender? Are there mitzvot that overlap the two categories, e.g. Mekalel (cursing a person or oneself), adultery, insulting a Chacham? Can one achieve Kaparas Y"HaK on Aveiros Bein Adam LaMakom w.o. rectifying Bein Adam LasMakom?
