Part 2 of a 4 part series given in Yad Binyamin on the laws of Death and Mourning. Lifecycle events happen. Most are joyous occasions that are planned out beforehand, and we take our time to learn the pertinent halachot so that these occasions can be celebrated properly. However, some more sober occasions, such as the death of a loved one, we naturally shy away from addressing. The study of these laws often occurs only on the spur of the moment or is simply overlooked because of the difficulty of the situation.
