Description

Both Rashi and the Ramban identify the shira as parshat ha'azinu. The Ramban adds that this parsha is repeated constantly by the Jewish people. The Rambam in fact mentions a minhag to recite Ha'azinu on a daily basis. In this shiur we will study the special nature of parshat ha'azinu as a shira. The Seder HaDoros transmits a dramatic legend about the Ramban and a talmid of the his - an incident that took place on Yom Kippur - which reveals the secret power of Ha'Azinu. We will try to connect this shira to Chag HaSukkot and emphasize the unique nature of the Jewish people among the nations of the world.
