Although the Rambam establishes a daily obligation to pray as a Mitzva shel Torah, the Ramban admits to a mitzva of prayer at a moment of crisis. In this shiur on the significance of prayer at a time of crisis, we will study a Teshuva of HaRav Moshe Feinstein regarding the obligation of a non-Jew to pray. We learning about prayer from Yaakov Avinu who was pleading for Divine protection from Esau and Esau's army.
