20 Minute Halacha - The White Shul - Tu B'av and Yom Kippur was a day when women used to try to find appropriate spouses. Doesn't Yom Kippur seem to be the wrong time for this? Sometimes the chachamim change the Halacha in order to be sensitive to someone who may not be able to afford the standard of the particular obligation.
