although we pray for the restoration of the Beit Hamikdash every day, 9Av is challenging becasue it is difficult for us to reflect on foreign entities such as the Batei Hamikdash. so how exactly are we supposed to mourn on 9av and what should be our primary focus of mourning on this particular day.
