"And Moshe gathered all of Bnei Yisrael and he said to them...."
The holy works point out that the ability to gather Bnei Yisrael, or to unify Bnei Yisrael, comes through the influence of Moshe. Moshe, in our kabbalaistic tradition, represents the power of wisdom (Chochmah) as he brought the Torah - the source of all wisdom - into the world. The Tanya states that all influence comes into the world through the vessel of Moshe (Kli Moshe). This essentially means that positive change happens via mindfulness. Imbuing Chochmah into everything we do, elevates our behaviors from the selfish and possibly ignorant level that we default to.
How to thrive in a relationship needs Chochmah - mindfulness.
How to be better to humanity needs Chochmah - mindfulness.
How to live with deeper level of spirituality needs Chochmah - mindfulness.
What we define as Chochmah and how we access it might be a bit more challenging but at least for this Bolt the idea is to live our lives searching for that Kli.
