Description

Rav Moshe Feinstein asks a question on a Tosfos in Shabbos. He deals with the concept of delayed action Melacha. If one person puts a pot on the stove, and then another person comes along and turns up the flame, who is liable? Rav Moshe compares the case to a gemara in Sanhedrin that deals with captial crimes when one kills a a treifah or a goses: people that are already going to die.Would the killer be liable?
