Description

In my opinion, if we continue to say EVERY OTHER word of davening on our own EXCEPT for the prayers for the welfare of the state, soldiers and hostages, these will never be viewed as true תפילות, formal parts of the service. HOWEVER, if EVERYONE WOULD SAY IT on their own, just like we do for every other part of davening, believe it will.
