Description

If all talking in shul is forbidden, then even saying "Gezunheit" to someone who sneezes wouldn't be an option. But if you assume that, at times when permitted during davening, NESSECARY talk is allowed, this for sure would be permitted, not to mention not saying it might hurt people's feelings
