Description

This shiur is about the concept of "Adam Mu'ad L'olam." Generally, the Halacha requires a person to pay for the damage he caused even if it was an accident. Yet, there may be exceptions. The shiur also discusses the exceptions of damages caused on Purim as well as in the context of a sports game.
