Rav Moshe Feinstein wrote that he has a chiddush about shutting off the gas on yontif that he does not want to put into print. This shiud analyzed the background to that discussion, and how it applies to the proper way to have a BBQ on yontif. This shiur was delivered to the "Veshavu Vanim" program at Yeshivat Har Etzion (for visiting alumni from below the equator).
