In this Shiur, we consider different categories of Minhagim, discuss reasons why personal, legislated, and communal Minhagim are considered Halakhically binding, and outline a philosophical approach to observing Minhagim which balances conservatism in maintaining communal practice with creativity in honoring the spiritual and religious intuitions of the Jewish people.
