If Hashem is the author of every aspect of our destiny, why are we reminding Him of what has happened to us. Furtheremore, Since He is "just" then everything that we have experienced is "warranted". Why, then, complain about wht has befallen us? Additionally is Devarim linked to Tishaa B'Av by more than the nigun of Eicha on one posuk?
