Double machlokes between R' Yehudah and the Chachamim regarding tamun (hidden items damaged) when one starts a fire (a) in his own property and it spreads outside to the nizak's property (eg. spreads outside his property to someone else;s haystack with items hidden in it) and (b) in the property of the nizak (eg. he burns down someone's house and all the hidden items in it as well).
