From secular (CPA Ontario) and Halachic perspectives, what are the concerns for conflict of interest regarding family members who provide professional services? If a client consents to continuing despite the conflict, is that sufficient to permit it? And do family relationships expire as a conflict if the relationship is severed, as in a case of divorce?
