Does the Torah change based on the changing reality [and thus, we don't ALL have a personal Sefer Torah but rather Judaic books]? If so, do you need to buy MORE OIL for your Chanukah-Menorah as people are up and about in the streets today for far more than 1/2 an hour after nightfall? Listening to the voice of G-d in 2021
