Why is there such a GAP between Jewish law as per the book of law and how the Jewish people actually fulfill that law [in the realsm of seperating meat and milk, behaviour during Chazart HaShatz, saying Korbanot and timing of putting on Rabein Tam Tefillin)? More importantly, what should WE do about it?
