Pirkei Avos tells us that Noach culminates the Dor HaMabul and Avraham the generation of the Dor HaFlagah. We are told that Avraham "collects the reward" of all ten generations between the Mabul and Dor HaFlagah, but the Mishnah doesn't tell us about Noach's reward. The Rebbe explores the key differences between the Dor HaMabul and Dor HaFlagah's wickedness. The upshot: better be kind than pious, and better be a spiritual activist than a holy recluse.
