      thank you for this shiur- i shared it with some of my friends i liked the idea of balance and the view of the נתיבות. this is my question. the מס' סופרים that you mentioned at the end says " בשעת הקינות, אסור לספר דבר ולצאת לחוץ, כדי שלא יפסק לבו מן האבל," are they tying to say that during the kinot there should not be a balance but rather to be totally (as much as possible) absorbed in the aveilut? thanks again
