Methodology of Psak Halacha (Yeshivat Har Etzion): This shiur explores the sliding scale of authority in psak, examining both classic sources and the recent disputes about partnership minyanim. It also examines the effects of the abundant resources available on psak - the extent to which it democratizes the process. This is the twenty-first shiur in the series.
