Description

Moshe describes the Land of Israel twice in this week's parsha. The first time, his praise of Eretz Yisrael is clear- yet the second time, his description of Eretz Yisrael in comparison to Egypt does not seem to be so positive. Why would Moshe describe Eretz Yisrael in such a way- especially if he is trying to excite Bnei Yisrael to enter the land?
