Daf Yomi Pesachim 33a, more about מעילה במזיד and can we derive from Chaylev - שאר איסורים - that there is no Korban when he was deliberate? Is there a stringency in MeIlah that he's obligated to bring the Korban even in a situation of מתעסק?
