Masechet Eruvin 65b, the Jew in the inner courtyard generates a prohibition on the Jew in the outer courtyard from carrying from his home in the outer חצר into his courtyard. The controversy over a חצר shared by one Jew and one non-Jew. Does the non-Jew generate and Issur הוצאה לחצר even if the non-Jew shares the inner חצר, whereas the outer חצר is exclusively inhabited by a single Jew.
