Masechet Eruvin 22a, is Eretz Yisrael surrounded by מחיצות and therefore has the status of a רשות היחיד? Would this issue depend upon the debate between R' Yehuda and Rabanan regarding a Reshus HaYachid where the רבים הולכים בה?
