R Akiva Eiger's classic defense of Rama (98:1), based upon understanding עד א' נאמן באיסורין and its limitations, plus (a) defense against Matteh Yehonasan and (b) expansion of R Akiva Eiger to understand the Sefardi approach based upon Rashba (specifically in Toras ha-Bayis) and Rambam (especially according to Ohr Sameiach).
