Daf Yomi Berachot 23b, the leniency and yet the stringency of the בית הכסא עראי as opposed to a בית הכסא קבוע, this introduces the element of ניצוצות. All this is relevant to one who is holding his Tefillin. We will learn about preparation for davening and for eating a meal. We will speak about the utensil designated for Tefillin and introduce the concept of הזמנא מילתא.
