Masechet Sanhedrin B'Iyun 15b: When do we put the dangerous animals to death? Is one permitted to own such an animal and has legal ownership over the animal? Does the "owner" of the dangerous animal have a Mitzva to kill 'his' dangerous lion? If so, why does Rebby Yochanan advocate כל הקודם זכה, aren't we 'stealing' his Mitzva?
