We will complete our study of Masechet Sanhedrin 25b regarding a litigant who accepted upon himself a judge who is not qualified. We will begin the Mishna & the sugya of disqualifications for witnesses and judges which were established by the Rabanan. What sort of violation engenders a חשש שקר and a disqualification. We will study the Aggadeta regarding Shevna the officer and scholar in Chizkiya's court. We will learn about Reish Lakish's accusation regarding those who were suspect of doing business with the produce of Shviis.
