For Masechet Bava Kamma 112b we continue our study of the requirement that witnesses testify in the presence of the defendant, the exception to this rule is the case of validating a Shtar without the presence of the borrower. What is this exception based upon? In the latter half of today's Daf we will discuss the case of the borrower who refuses to appear in Beis Din.
