For Masechet Bava Metzia 56b-57a the sugya addresses the four categories of ממון that are excluded from אונאה by the Mishna. We will search for the source for these exclusions and investigate the case where the overcharging was greater than one-sixth. Rava's question regarding kernels of wheat that were planted & sold before they became rooted in the ground will be analyzed. The Safek of Rava has repercussions in three different halachos. We'll begin the sugya of חילול הקדש onto an animal that is worth less than the original בהמת הקדש, must the owner pay Hekdesh the difference & is that DeOraisa or DeRabanan?
