Description

Are lashes and poetic justice both punishments for false testimony, and therefore bound by the same restrictions (i.e. אחר גמר דין, קודם קיום הדין, דוקא שניהם הוזמו, אין צריכים התראה, etc.), or are they independent and unrelated, and hence not bound by the same restrictions?
