      Where is the Shu"t Divrei Malkiel that talks about the chidush of the Aruch Hashulchun (345: 18-27) that says that a reshus harabim is only where there is only one main thoroughfare on each side. (chelek gimel simon 18, addendum - seems to be saying something else).
