Description

Part of an "America 250" series on the Torah of early American rabbis. Different ways that rabbis in the first part of the 20th century spoke about the sinking of the Titanic, and especially the passing of Ida and Isidor Straus. Inspired and informed by Rabbi Hyim Shafner's Tradition 58:3 article on Rav Gedaliah Silverstone.
