Description

Why does every Yom Tov [i.e.- Pesach, Shavuot and Sukkot] have a 2nd day in the diaspora, but Purim doesn't? Few answers suggested in this brief podcast: 1) No two-day Yom Tov for rabbinic holidays 2) To enhance publicizing the miracle on the DAY it happened 3) We should have but since the rules of Megilla dictate ולא יעבור/NOT to go passed the day you read it, we can't
