חוו'ד קפט:יב - הביא קושית חכם צבי על שיטת ש''ך קפט:ל (דאין כאן רק וסת אחד ועונה בינונית היא יום החודש): דא''א לומר החדש ובינונית אחד דהלא אחד דין וסת קבוע ואחד דין אינו קבוע. ואם שניהם יש דין וסת החדש היאך אפשר יש לו דין אינו קבוע. יש אקימתא שיש לה דין וסת החדש לבד (דאינו ג''כ עונה בינונית) שהוא רק בתורת וסת אינו קבוע: אם יש לה וסת קבוע לוסת החודש וגם שניתה רק חדש אחד. וע''כ צריכה לנהוג וסת החודש הקבוע לה גם חוששת לשנוי בתורת וסת החודש דאינו קבועה. ובעבור שיש וסת קבוע אין צריכה וסת בינונית.
