Description

Daf Yomi Pesachim 73a, Part I, he slaughtered the Pesach on Shabbos, and the Korban was disqualified, he must bring a Chatos. But shouldn't he be exempt under the rule of כל המקלקלין פטורים?; we will study the Sugya of עקירה in Korbanos, i.e. re-directing a Korban in event that its original designation - say, as a Korban Asham or Korban Pesach - is no longer valid and the Korban cannot fulfill its original purpose.
