For this perek, Chapter 6 of Hilchot Kiddush HaChodesh, I think it makes far more sense to simply read the English (along with the Hebrew, if you prefer) from Chabad.org, along with the footnotes, and/or along with the interactive tools featured on this website. There are recordings and videos accessible on these sites as well.

The perek itself is not particularly difficult; however, because it contains so many arithmatic calculations, it seems to me that it will be far easier to follow by simply looking at the English words and numbers, rather than hearing me read them aloud.
