Description
Rav Menashe Klein deals with some unique situations: A prisoner in a non-Jewish jail where candles will be immediately extinguished by the guard; a young but over 12 years old single girl alone at home while her parents are abroad and her parents fear her lighting while home alone; a yeshiva student who ceases his activities for the first half hour in order to watch the lit Chanukah lamps; the preferred Chanukah lamps location for a yeshiva student living in a dormitory; a guest who is sleeping over and who has his own external entrance to the room where he sleeps versus one who does not.
