Daf Yomi Live Pesachim 29b, Rav Acha argues that we can attribute our Mishna to Rebby Yehuda and distinguish between Chometz owned by a non-Jew as opposed to Chometz owned by a Jew. We will prove, however, that Rav Acha retracted this understanding of Rebby Yehuda from the Beraisa of 'one who eats Chametz shel Hekdesh' לא מעל. Rav Acha attributes that position to Rebby Yehuda: the Chametz is valueless acc to R' Yehuda since even though it's not included in בל יראה, nevertheless it is prohibited in Achila and benefit and even after Pesach. We begin today the Sugya of Ta'aroves Chometz.
