Masechet Pesachim 62a, the equation between מקצת טומאה and מקצת ערלה as a unique Psul in Korban Pesach. By contrast, מחשבת חוץ לזמנו would disqualify the Korban even in a מקצת situation, e.g. that he will eat one KaZayis of the B'Sar HaKorban beyond its time allotment. The latter Psul is a universal one that applies to all Korbanos.
