Rav Moshe, in a very nice read of Rashi teaches us that we must be humble in how we discuss our wealth, don't show off. Also be grateful for everything you have, even if it's modest. In another great insight he shows us how Yaakov avinu was so sensitive to his yeshua coming through the tramatic experience of having to take the life or lives of others. This caused him worry and distress because he reasoned Hashem could bring the yeshua another way. We shouldn't be blind to any collateral damage that may ensue as a result of great things happening to us.
