Description

Masechet Pesachim Live 9, did we see the weasel bring the Chometz into the house that was checked? Can we assume that the creature would certainly consume the Chometz she brought into the house? We will study the case of מדורות עכו"ם which is Rabbinic Tumah to establish that the creature certainly consumed the בשר המטמא. We will study the case of a pile of grains that needed הפרשת תרו"ם and we can rely on the חזקת חבר to establish that the Terumah was separated. We will analyze the principle of אין ספק מוציא מידי ודאי. Finally, we will study the principle of תולין as it applies to a Rabbinic prohibition.
