Masechet Pesachim Live 2, the meaning of the word אור, night or day?; we will study a debate regarding the minhag to abstain from labor on the 14th of Nissan, is a minhag bound by the definitions of זמנים in general? If so, then Halachik day begins with עמוד השחר. Yet Rebby Yehuda opines that the 'day' of איסור מלאכה on the 14th of Nissan begins later, with sunrise. Apparently he frees minhag of the bounds of Halachik definitions and categories of Zemanim.
